Very bad customer relations

<p>I hired a car for over 2 months with Avis in the USA and was not allowed to use vouchers which I had been given to use, due to a previous unacceptable vehicle.</p> <p>Secondly, the company had the wrong expiry date of my credit card, and when the payment was turned down, after paying, I was told they no longer required my custom! This to a preffered member!!!!</p> <p>My telephone call and letter to them followed but I have had no response.</p>
