Vehicle licensing frastration

<p>I must say Avis is not a good company to what's the customers. You can imagine how frastrating it is as a customer, if you buy a car from Avis and the represantative doesn't disclose vital information about licensibg a vehicle. I drove a car for a year without any knowledge that my car was'nt licensed and the represantative never said anything about it. A year later this month I went to renew my disc only to find out that the car had a penalty of R966 and I had to pay it myself. Poor service I got from Avis Bloemfontein and it's staff members. Sis!!!!!!</p>
