Vehicle dent

I booked a vehicle with Avis pretoria cbd. The day i went to collect it, as i was doing the vehicle with the inspector. I noticed a dent to which i made him aware of it. To which the inspector rep**** it wont be a problem. So i took the vehicle to which now i am being told that i made the dent and that very same inspector is denying ever seeing the dent.

The inspector didn't make note of the dent when i went to collect the vehicle. Now they want to check the vehicle documents. Which obvious its you wont find something you didn't note down. They're croocks and just want to customer to pay for mistakes they did not commit
