Useless, completely and totally

Unfortunately Discovery Insure uses Avis as a third party. Since last week wednesday I have been trying to arrange a car to meet me at the Freds Auto Body shop cnr of Main Reef Road & Homestead, Germiston. Avis insisted that I must collect the car from Rand Airport, which is very far away and HOW? I refused and told the telephone customer uncare person this. She however goes ahead and books the collection anyway. Wow so professional! I phoned Discovery, who tell me that Avis will meet me at Fred's Auto body this morning at 6h45. Surprise no car. When I phone Avis, they tell me the car will arrive at 11h00. This is the most unacceptable and unprofessional attitude I have had to deal with. Certainly will never rent a car from Avis on purpo9se
