Useless at following on queries

I sent an email to your queries email address as no one answers your customer call line. Please stop sending me generic emails. Can someone please phone me in relation to: RA#857 499 812 [Case: pc92AU, ***] and email me my invoice please.

Please note the below steps in your email reply does not match to website fields. Perhaps your website has been upgraded since your email reply as drafted? There are no 'Invoice and Statements' tab. Please update your generic message so that it's relevant and that your customers don't have waste time locating it. And please email the invoices to your customers so that we don't have to go search for it.

To obtain a copy of your invoice: * Log onto www.avis.co.za * Click on Invoices & Statements * Click on Register for e-Invoicing * Complete the 5 required fields and click submit * You will then receive a notification with your log in details to retrieve your invoice
