Useless and ***********

Avis is a disgrace. My international guests needed paperwork to drive through Swaziland. They were promised that they will receive the documents via email. That never materialised and now Avis said they must go to Avis offices to get the paperwork. Bull****. I have dealt with this issue before and they have emailed it in the past. ***********, useless company.
