Useless admin.

These people only follow their own instructions. They deduct money from deposit for fuel after car is reurned with full tank. Then they refund the deposit to the wrong account

***. I have sent through proof that vehicle has been refueled. On 03/03/2025 on 12:45 there has been communicated with the branch that the card used is blocked and the account is on hold because of ***** case. Another account nr have been provided for repayment of deposit. Yet the deposit has been refunded to the card used for deposit.

Avis. How do you investigate. Do you do investigate one hour a week and then prefer not to see anything wrong. This is taking long now
