Urgent: Unjustified Delay in Deposit Refund
This is now the second time I’ve made the mistake of trusting your services, assuming that a company of your scale and reputation in the car rental industry would operate with professionalism. Unfortunately, I was mistaken again.
I rented a vehicle from your branch on 27 June 2025 and returned it in perfect condition and fully refuelled on 30 June 2025. Yet, more than two weeks later, my deposit has still not been refunded. I have made numerous calls to your call centre, receiving only vague reassurances and no actual resolution.
This is not an isolated incident. I experienced a similar issue previously and, despite that, chose to give Avis another chance. Clearly, nothing has improved. You are withholding funds that do not belong to you, disrupting my personal plans and wasting my time.
Let me be absolutely clear: I do not owe Avis anything, and there is no valid reason for this delay. I expect my full deposit to be returned immediately.
