Urgent assistance
Good day. I would like urgent feedback as you are now threatening with legal route whereas I have communicated with your people a number of times. Upon returning your vehicle, it was inspected and all damages signed for. I was informed that there is a non wiavable liability of R3700 and at branch level, I was told I only have to pay this amount before deposoti deduction and after deducting my depost of R2500 Id be liable for R1200. Surprisingly I have been receiving the below message. I informed both Papi and Lebo to follow up on this and to date no1 has given me any feedback. I am not going to pay anything until this is cleared to me. See below.
"Dear Renter, LREVE, Your Avis rental account E*** is due, we demand immediate attention/payment 5 065.99. Legal proceedings are in motion. Contact Lebo *** ***"

I still haven't received any communication from you regarding my issue, I am only receiving legal warnings from Lebo Molefe who hasn't bothered to contact me regarding this issue. See below. I require immediate response from you regarding this whole confusion. When I call this number given below, no1 bothers to answer.
