So i rented a car july 2021 which i returned same month. I was told the amount i need to pay to rent it also the amount i will be refunded back when i returned it provided there is no damage n etc, when i return it was told everything is in order i should expect my money back within 30days.i waited n waited, decided to contact them they did confirm that i should receive the money they will sort it iut then get back to within 48hrs.48hrs came n pass i contacted them again was told the same story since then i have been waiting for my money, i just want to know how long is 48hrs from 2021 since we now on 2022 These guys are proving to be crocks, rent the car at your own risk!!!!

Kindly note that there is no payment from us as the deposit was not debited but reserved by your bank. Hence once the rental is closed, the funds are automatically released.
