Untrustworthiness of Avis Car rental

This is the most ************* company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Part of my inurance coverage is the rental of a vehicle. Avis requires R 2000 up front, or your credit card details. I paid up front. Agreement, no damage and filled up tank. I even covered the vehicle and only drove 167km. Booked for 30 daysand only used 2x weeks. When I returned the vehicle, after numerous queries, i was told ihad driven nearly R1800 toll roads. After a werk's fight it was determined that it was not an avis vehicle on the photos. Waited more than wx weeks and received R147.50. Another query later and 4x weeks after returning the car, i am still awaiting my money, as there are now some tourist fees I am responsible for. I work from home for a company due to my health. I only drove the car when necessary. Please don't be fooled by their popular name. This is the 2nd incident with them. Thus, of the promised refund of R2000, to date I have only received the R147.50, even though I comp**** with all the requiremwnts and more. Please do NOT trust Avis to repay you. This is honestly the most ************* company I have ever had the misfortune of working with.
