Unsatisfactory Service

The service I received from Avis Van Rental Port Elizabeth, Walmer Branch is not satisfactory.

I rented a Toyota Hilux on 11 January 2019. I returned the Toyota Hilux on the same day in the same condition as received.

After returning the vehicle to this date on 06 February, no refund has been returned to me.I have now paid interest on the amount owing to my bank.

I am very unhappy about the service Avis provided. I spoke to an agent named Grace at the Port Elizabeth branch in Walmer.

According the Grace the refund was processed on 16 January 2019 and I should have received it by now. She also said that Nedbank only released it on their system on 23 January 2019.

I tried to complain with customer service but they insisted the branch handled their own refunds. Which other resource do I have if customer service is not able to assist their customers with a query?
