Unresolved Query

When you call in regarding a query because they are not able to respond to an emailed query timeously (i.e. 3 days), then get put on hold for over 6 minutes and then they hang up on you. Very quick to deduct their charges from your credit card but seemingly unable to respond to a query with the same speed!
