I am still waiting for my refund from Avis. After more than a week I escalated the matter to this platform, it's been empty promises. 3 weeks going for a month since I returned their car. I am really annoyed by this pathetic experience

01 May 2026, 11:27Unfortunately this is unacceptable and do not respond to me anymore I want a bank notification that shows my refund not your empty promises. Not understanding how this can be so complications I think it's time we stop supporting this brand
