Unreliable service when you need it least. Called to confirm that I will require a vehicle for collection/delivery at the repair center where my vehicle needs to go for repairs. When calling to confirm the arrangement the afternoon before collecting, I was informed that they are fully booked and I must come and collect (a town away).
