Unproffessional Avis service

<p>iWyze hired a car on my behalf from Avis on the 6th of October and I was requested to pay a deposit of R1200,00 and if the vehicle is returned without any damages and full fuel tank, the refund would be processed in 48 hours. The car was returned on the 13 of October with a full tank and no damages, however i still dont have the refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>They have further debited my card on the 23rd of October without my permission. I have spoken to various agents and still no joy!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today it is the 24th of October and I still dont have funds in my account.</p>
