Unproffessional

In May staff member of AVIS car rental bumped my car.She was on the wrong side of the road(middle lane and we were on the extreme right on Souer Str) then she suddenly turned her car towards the right joining Marshall street. She assured us that there is nothing to worry about because even on her statement to her employer she will state that she was on the wrong side of the road since she had personal matters that she was dealing with at the moment. With her assistance I submitted 2 quotations (of the damages to my car) from 2 different panel beaters as well as the accident report to Lee Stone and Jacqueline Bloemhof. All this made it seem as if it was going to be a simple exercise since this woman was so helpful with people to contact in order to fast track my claim. I've been very patient and was hoping by now this matter would be resolved. Since May I have been waiting for my claim to be resolved and no feedback or response from anyone. Today an email came through that I cannot even comprehend because I made follow up with the person who bumped my car. Perhaps this wont mean anything to the company since its a big company but i'm willing to take this matter further to resolve
