unprofessional service

I had car hire & received a car from AVIS. I was told to pay deposit of R1450.when I got the car, the gentleman who brought the car was treating me as if I Am a ********. I did not like his way of talking at all. Then all the hidden costs came out. I phoned on 20 Feb for the car to be returned at 15h00 at Automagic .by 16h00 nobody pitched up & Automagic said I must leave the. Car there, AVIS will pick it up. On 24 Feb some one from AVIS phoned to find out where the car is. How bad is this service. My experience with AVIS was not good at all
