Unprofessional

I had a frustrating experience with Avis Car Rental in Menlo Park. I returned their car on the 5th of January 2021 and had to call several times at my own expense to get my refund. To top it off I went personally again at my own expense to demand my refund after I spoke to a lady from their head office finance department by the name of Carol who made all the excuses you can think of why my refund was not yet paid. On the 21st of January I went personally and was informed that my money was transferred into my account on the 17th of January. I then requested a lady by the name of Basetsana since the manager was said to be unavailable and busy with interviews to provide me with the proof either via email.
