Unprofesional Avis

On 14 April I booked a vehicle from Avis on their website. I received an email that my request is pending and they will contact me for collection. Next moment I get a deduction from my bank account and did not receive response from Avis as yet to collect the vehicle. A dispute was launched at head office and two weeks later they contacted me to say that I must sort it out with the local branch because they are the ones responsible for the claim. The branch already indicated that they not going to reimberse me. Avis ****** me from money that I worked very hard for.
