unplanned debt

<p>Last year 15 December I hired a car with Avis for 24 days, I went to collect the card and they did the process . I left with the car brought it back on the 7 Jan 2017 and on the 13 Avis started to retrieve funds on my account apparently Avis did not hold the funds on that day I went to collect. I first followed up with Standard bank to check why do I have a minus R6000 on my account and they did their investigation and found out that it is Avis who tried to get funds late on my account. </p> <p>Avis must pay for this as it is them who did not follow the procedure when one is hiring a car. It was not my first time using Avis but this time they messed up and now I must pay -R6000 that I did not plan. </p> <p> </p>
