********ly debit of Account By Avis

I was contacted by Avis Car Rental End of October 2020 telling me that I owe them money for a rental that took place in 2016, they handed the account over to their Attorneys for collection, the account was settled in full through their Attorneys the same day I received a notification of the account being handed over, I even emailed them Proof Of Payment, a few days later they ********ly deducted money from my account irrespective of the account being settled.

I contacted their accounts department on the 03rd of November 2020 to inform them about the incident, they asked me request proof from my bank that indeed funds were debited, I did send it to them, to date, they are still sending me from pillar to post when they are supposed to refund me my money, quick to debit your account but takes 4 months to refund you.
