********l Deducttion from Bank Account

On 02 Feb 2015 I received a vehicle from Avis because I had an accident that morning. They delivered the vehicle to me that afternoon, i then paid my fuel deposit and started use of the vehicle. On 20 Feb 2015 that morning, i return the vehicle to Avis Roodepoort. I then get told that I needed to Pay a R175 fee for not delivering the vehicle back to the branch i received it from (FYI, your website states it's a R55 fee). They told me that the fee would be deducted from the deposit amount and the funds would be released wihin or up to Two working days. 26 Feb 2015 i get a message that Avid debited my acount with the R175 fee. Then only on the 05/03/2015 does my deposit get released back to me?? Who gave avis Auth to deduct the fee from my account? Why was my deposit only released two weeks after returning the vehicle? Why did i pay R175 and not R55 per your website? Why was i not informed by Avis that i would be paying a fee if i return the vehicle to a different branch? Why was i not charged a fee the previous time i had a rental vehicle and I did the same? Why did i have to phone Avis on 02/03/2015 before my money was returned to me??? BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!
