Unhelpfull

I received a message from Avis this morning to say thank you for choosing their services. Funny thing is I never had any business with Avis previously and I never had any business with them now. So, afraid that someone might have used my details, I contacted Avis to find out if a car rental was done in my name by someone else. The agents had no clue what I was talking about and told me they couldn't find out any details without a "reservation number" and simply told me they cannot help. I was transferred to different departments and the same answer every time. They need to raise the quality of the agents that they employ. I now have to run around and do my own investigations.
