Unhappy with service received from AVIS centurion branch

good day my name is Frank Zono , i bought a polo vivo at Avis centurion on finance as financed by wesbank. During the process of engagement with the sales person Mr Kamogelo and Ms Barbara they emailed me two quotation were there was with additional and without additional or extras. i told them that after accessing everything am not interested with the additional or extras and they emailed me the final quotation which we agreed that i do not want those extras. To my surprise as we arranged that on the 2024/12/12 i will collect the vehicle, upon my arrival at the dealership from Potchefstroom Kamogelo took me to Barbara's office to sign documents. While busy signing the documents i noticed that they added an amount of R3500-00 of smacth and grab which they send me an email as attached herein that the same smatch and grab is for free. i even called the wes bank to confirm same and i was informed by wesbank that the smatch and grab is included as part of the deal which i did not agree on it even the supporting email alleging that is free is attached herein. Furthermore as i was send the documents by wesbank i also noticed that the interest rate they emailed to me is not what wesbank emailed to me as Avis email the interest rate of 11.80 and wesbank of 13.240. i so believe they misrepresented me with the information to believe that their vehicle is reasonable. I have spent money from Potchefstroom to Centurion for nothing but to be mislead by such a big dealership. all am praying for is to be compensated my expenses of transport and Avis to be loyal as per attached email of our communication give me the vehicle misusing the R3500-00 they added tactically in the invoice and give me the 11.80 percent they presented as per our agreement as proof of email with them attached. I requested the manager mr Budds and he personally told me that there is nothing he can do and he left me there helpless. Miss Barbara she closed and look her office door and left me unattended, Kamogelo left me with Barbara before she locked her office and left me there. There was a guy by the name of William who now was been middle man between myself, Mr Budds and Barbara and fortunate enough i was in accompany of my brother Mr Jacky Mkhabela when all those drama happened as i was helpless including the manager who supposed to help.

i tried to make further initiative by contacting one of their same dealership were i spoke to Sifiso who also failed to solve the matter.
