UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Visited Avis Cape Town airport branch to rent a vehicle for the weekend. Clearly the supervisor in charge thought that good service only app**** to white people. To make matters worse, he took it upon himself to cancel my booking. Not only did I leave Avis without the car of my choice, I left without a car.
