Unhappy customer

I am utterly dissapointed with AVIS i have been waiting for my refuns since 22nd July 2024 up until now i have been taken back and forth. First they incorrectly charged me for vallet which was later rectified now its taking for ever to get my refund back . All the agents i spoke to have no solution, I spoke to an agent that pretended to be a manager by the name money calling and being asked to hold for long.
