Unhappy Customer

Every Monday I sit at the very front of the airplane just so I can be the first one to reach the Avis counter in Richards Bay. To make it even easier for them I write comments requesting specific cars within my group of rental. Even with those comments I still do not get what I ask for. King Shaka Airport is the same. I’m starting to think people cannot read because I don’t even get an acknowledgement of my requests.

This morning, 08 July 2019, I get to the counter and I requested a list of what they have. I enquired if there is a Polo at least and I was told there isn’t. To my surprise I get to the parking lot and I see a Polo I returned on Friday, 5 July 2019. I am taking the car for two weeks. I have reasons for my request - I need to be comfortable driving a car I am used to. Rental Agreement Number ***.
