UNHAPPY CLIENT
I was charged R1226.96 for e-toll at that time I paid R104 for the tollgates. Now I am asked for slips why was I not advised of this when I fetched the car I rented? I refuse to be charged so much when this was not even stipulated on my rental agreement.

Today is the 24th and I still haven't received any feedback regarding my e toll charges I was advised that the TAT is 3-5 working to date I still have not received any form of communication from you. I want feedback ASAP. At least now I know I would never recommend you let alone use your services ever again.
