Unhappy client

<p>My insurance rented a car for and I paid deposit and at the return of the car there was issues that its been hit by hail storm and it made 3 small dents which had to be searched properly to be seen and unfortunately I didn't drive on any hail storm. They made me write a statement and said the head office will contact me but never did so instead they started taking money from my account and I didn't even get the invoice after returning vehicle regarding my deposit even for the car I rented for my mother .</p>
