Unhappy Avis Client

I Silondile Ngesi rented a car on the 28th June 2018 from Avis in Shaka Marine airport in KZN . The car was making funny sounds as I am not used to the car i thought it was normal. At night the exhaust pipe broke in the middle of nowhere, I called them and i was assisted later. I was given another car, when i returned the car i enquired about the first car, i was told not to worry and when i was given the second car they told me they will call me should i need to pay extra. Till today there has been no communication none whatsoever but they took money from my account without my consent, or telling me what went wrong. I was given a car that was not suppose to be on the road and now im paying for their ignorance. I returned the car on the 2nd of July, my number is ***.. thank you
