Unhappy and unsatisfied customers

The service we received from the staff at Avis pretoria downtown on saturday the 12th january 2019 was apalling and unprofessional to say the least The staff's attitude towards customers was the worst they could offer.it was *********** and false. From.their telephonic experience and the actual experience Everything was just a shame. I think that whole branch needs a rebranding and new consultants who know what they are doing because the people we found there know nothing of what they are doing and they make up their own rules
