Unfriendly and Poor Service Levels
My friends car was ****** and Avis was to provide a courtesy car. However the very rude consultant from Avis is unable to deliver the car to her or change the location to make the pick up more convenient and safe. If she she could pick the car up what would the need be for a courtesy car???
