Unfairly treatment

Am not pretty shaft they way I was treated by this company by the name of Avis because they took me to the lawyers for something that I don't even know .Avis said am owing them the amount of R16000 that I don't even recall it .I feel that their service is ********** so they need to clear my name from the attorneys because I didn't hire their car.
