Unfair solicitation of

I cannot believe the terrible way Avis Durban treated me! I had a hire car from Avis as a result of an accident through my insurer. the Avis rep who delivered the car took a R1250 deposit and said I could drop it off at the panel beater in Tongaat when picking my car up, and I will be refunded later. When my vehicle was ready I called Avis Durban and advised that I was leaving the car there. I was told all is fine but they must get someone from Umhlanga to pick up. I called a few days later about the deposit and they said all is fine. I then see R1074 deposited in my account. When I called the Avis about the huge R200 odd deduction they said it was for vehicle pick up from Ballito!! I complained why wasn't I informed but was flatly told \you signed the agreement
