I am so angry with Avis for there dishonesty. First we were given bad treatment when enquiring about a car. First they did not have one , but once they heard we would need 2 cars then all of a sudden they had 2 cars. When we got the cars, we were not explained about any additional charges. All we were told is that it Cost X amount to hire the car and that's what I agreed on.

So I get my invoice yesterday. 1. I am being charged for the Wifi after I was told it comes with the Wifi. We had wifi and now I am being charged for something that they said comes with the package. 2. I am being charged Road side assistance. I did not use this facility 3. What is one way fee? No one can answer me this.

I will never use this company again.
