Absolutely shocking. They have taken R 7000 off my credit card now without authorisation or any correspondence or notification. R 3700 has still not been reversed after two weeks of the contract ending, eith no notification. Another R 3300 was just deducted with no notifucation - a,week after the car was returned -no notification from anyone. The apathy and indifference shine through their "customer service" agents. You can't get through to their lines either this is nothing short of *********!
