I hired a category B car through Avis in Milnerton Cape Town corner of Koeberg and Bosman Dam Roads on the 18th December 2017. My rental agreement number is ********** 7ZA6. When I collected the car the inspection person circled some scratches that were there but I had to point out others to him myself. He made a quick tour of the car. My husband noticed a scratched area under the front bumper passenger side but assumed that the man had circled it. When I returned the car the inspection man went over it MUCH MORE THOROUGHLY than before and pointed out the same area that my husband had noted on collection. Obviously Avis want me to pay for the repair. I KNOW that the sc**** in question cannot have been made by me as I did not go over a curb or park too close to a pavement during the rental period. I am sure that this branch of Avis is ******** people and getting clients to pay for previous rental customers damages. I am disgusted with Avis and will NEVER rent a car through them again.
