Undocumented charges

<p>In January I rented a vehicle from AVIS in Sandton.</p> <p>3 weeks after returning the vehicle I gte an SMS stating that they are billing me R836.</p> <p>I call them for details and am told that a rear lighth was broken.</p> <p>Now this is something that I did not notice myself when I checked the vehicle and I asked for documentation.</p> <p>4 phone calls to them and I have heard nothing.</p>
