Unauthorized Purchase/Pathetic Service

I rented a Vito from Avis Cape Town International Airport on the 4th November 2020 it was a 1 day rental and I was arrested driving the car and the police took it for further investigation and I was reliesed by the and I informed Avis immediately of the event and I told them the vehicle is no longer in my possession so the police informed them that they have the vehicle in Stikland and it was kept there for about 3days and the Police brought the vehicle back so on the 2nd of April 2021 I received a notification that I made a purchase of R6521 from Avis then when I called them they told me its for the vehicle that was kept by the police,I told them they must reverse my money and deal with the police since they were the one keeping the vehicle not me bt since from then this issue has not been resolved and I only authorized one payment for Avis which was R4100 the one that was deducted on the 4th of November 2020 when I took the car from them
