Unauthorized debits without my consent

Received the most appalling service from Fika Hewu at the national office and Lisa Mathys supervisor at the airport Cape Town International office. Avis debits my bank account twice within one week without my consent and authorization and are refusing to refund my money and answer my questions. Extremely unprofessional service from an international company who think they can do whatever they want to and get away with it. I am being held hostage over my own money.
