Unauthorized Debit

I'm glad I'm writing this review as by looking at other comments clearly Avis rental as issues ,sadly it seems no one cares because no response from company representativehad a rental for 5 days just over a week, I returned the vehicle on time, everything was as agreed accept the tank was semi full which i didn't mind, was told that the deposit would be returned 10 to 15 days, which I also didn't mind ,but the issue i do have a problem is that I was sent the invoice for the fuel top up and some other little fees, and before I know it they gone and debited my account , the security deposit is there for that purpose, now they without authorization took what is owed to them and they holding my deposit. After quering the lady says that the banks do that on their own.
