unauthorized debit

<p>Hired a car a week ago, 12/05/2017, returned it 13/05/2017. They took a deposit which included the rental price. they then debited my account and took out the money and still never release any deposit which included the vehicle rental fee . I have made numerous calls and was promised to speak to the manager/supervisor to resolve the issue, but thats all lies. And their excuse is they are busy, busy *****ling their cuatomers monies!!</p>
