Unauthorised deductions on my account

<p>Rental Number: E***</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Avis deducted R1058.77 from my account for damages that was found on my car but was not caused by me.</p> <p>I've requested AVIS to provide me with the evidence or supporting documentation to proof this but I had no response from them yet.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I phoned twice but everytime its the same story, they will get back to me.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please assist</p>
