Unacceptable service with no refund after more than 2 months!!!
I paid my first car rental on 13/12/2024. Took my car back 10 days later. Was only refunded on 15/01/2025. On the very same day I paid for car rental again. Had the car for less than 2 weeks. Still not refunded. Enquired about this refund on 14/03/2025. They apologized and said it's their mistake. They will escalate the refund. Still no refund received. Unacceptable service!!!
