Two Years and no feedback as yet

A vehicle was hired in Johannesburg by my insurance. Another vehicle with a duplicate number plate manage to get 12 Traffic fines whilst I was in Johannesburg and never left the province. I paid and supp**** proof to avis that it was not me. They confirmed that they viewed the pics and verified that it was not the same vehicle and a duplicate. Over the past two years, I have emailed them however failed to receive any reply. I am afraid that a warrant of arrest will be issued to me soon tarnishing my credit Record. I have pleaded with them to assist however they refuse to assist
