Two weeks waiting for refund

<p>I hired a car on the third and returned it back on the 6th June and was told ill recieve my money within 4 to 7days . Today is the 18th i havent received my money i have been calling to do follow ups and was told i will recieve my money but still nohing has happened. And on the 11th i got a bank notification sms that Avis has deducted an amount of R1014,51 on my account . To my understanding that amount was supposed to be deducted from the R3500 that I paid the time was taking the car. This is really unacceptable because I had plans with that money .
