TRACY HOEDSPRUIT AVIS JUST HAS A BAD ATTITUDE

Avis has a lot of very helpful and friendly employees such as Thato from customer services, but Tracy from the Hoedspruit branch just has a bad attitude. she is never happy and getting service from her feels like talking to a prison warden. she doesn't say bad words but she is intimidating to customers and asking her questions about anything makes you feel like you have asked ****** why he was an orphan!<br> she needs to change her attitude and be warm to clients or else we wont deal with that branch again. as an African and a foreigner, i may be obliged to feel that she treated me (in particular) like that on two counts: not being south African and being a black African.<br> <br> avis needs to talk to her URGENTLY!
