total chaos

<p>Tried to contact Avis to add gps to my booking....the national call centre is total chaos over the holiday season. I have been put though to yes...7 people and still nobody that could help me. Then I was told phone the branch in Cape Town...whom on their turn put me through to the, yes, national call centre and the vicious circle started again. This is one of the reasons why I prefer not to book Avis and rather stick to my regular car rental company Thrifty as their contact centre is very much clued up.</p> <p>Clearly the bosses are on leave and the call centre is left in hands of a bunch *********** people!</p>
