THREE AND A HALF WEEKS LATER AND NO RETURN ON DEPOSIT

I rented a car from AVIS from the 23-25 September 2017. I was assured that because I was paying with my credit card, the deposit will be returned into my account between 3 to 5 working days. Three and a half weeks later - still nothing. I have phoned the call centre and still nothing has come out of my inquiry. I was surprised to see similar reviews such as mine regarding AVIS and returns of deposit. The document agreement number is ********** 86. I EXPECT TO SEE THE AMOUNT OF R2999.00 IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!!
